PERSONAL TRAINING WITH RIFT KINESIOLOGY AND FITNESS

Personal training with RIFT Kinesiology and Fitness includes a custom exercise program built to address your needs, based on an assessment of your biomechanics, history, preferences, and goals. Your Kinesiologist will provide you with encouragement and accountability during training sessions that can be done remotely or in person at a private personal training facility.

Personalized Workout Program

 Our Kinesiologist will build a personalized program incorporating a variety of exercises designed to strengthen and reinforce the proper execution of fundamental movement patterns, minimize postural compensations, and reduce muscular imbalances. This approach to personal training will improve your ability to do everyday activities without pain, injury, or fatigue, and help you maintain your independence as you age.

Building strength over time

Your workout program will seamlessly integrate therapeutic and corrective exercises within an evidence-based strength and conditioning program designed to continually build on the progress you’ve made over time. The individual attention and instruction you receive during each training session will provide you with motivation and encouragement. Corrections and adjustments to your form and technique will ensure you get the most out of every workout.
